At the top, the job changes. You no longer manage teams, you lead bosses. The trade-offs everyone else avoids land on your desk.

Clear is kind: say clearly what you expect, what you decide, what you give up. It is also brave, because clarity has a price, and you pay it in difficult conversations.

Clear is kind, but also brave. Spot what you are avoiding right now: the postponed decision, the conversation you have not had for six months. What avoidance costs the organisation, and the person who leads it.

An accessible vision. A vision that only the executive committee understands is not a vision. Make it simple enough to be repeated by someone who was not in the room.

Priorities that hold. To choose is to give up. Define few priorities, hold them when everything is on fire, and make sure everyone knows what comes before the rest.

Who for. Executive committees, leaders, new general managers, founders in growth

Formats. 90 minutes, half-day leadership seminar
